<p>Yes, but both Harvard and Stanford are looking for much more than GPA’s. Indeed, both reject a lot of 4.0/2400 every year.</p>

<p>It is hard to say if a certain factor is “good enough” as there are often extra strength in other factor(s) when one factor is weak. Your GPA should be within the mid 50 though.</p>
<p>Your GPA looks high enough to avoid being in the automatic-reject-because-of-low-GPA pile. However, while a high enough GPA is necessary for admission to super-selective schools, it is not sufficient.</p>
