Is my third score a liablility?

First off, I should make it clear I'm looking at schools like Yale, Stanford, Penn, Dartmouth, & Cornell. Second, I got an 800 on World History and a 790 on Chemistry, both of which I am very pleased with. However, I ended up scoring a mere 730 on French. How badly will that French score count against me, given that schools oftentimes say "we only want two SAT IIs." Will they just discount it, and only look at Chem and History, or will they be inclined to dock for it?

^ if you’re not a native speaker, it’s a VERY good score. Colleges understand that.

Yeah, 730 on French isn’t a liability one way or the other.
