Parchment.com is the website that most high school’s use to send transcripts to colleges. I was just curious to see how accurate their calculator for acceptance is. Particularly for Michigan State.
My daughter had all submitted by August 31, and found out October 5.
Parchment is a parlor game. No quality or accuracy checks in the data at all. Look at Naviance if your school has it, and Google the Common Data Set for MSU to see what stats were for the last freshman class.
Parchment is far off with updating their school stats, as @intparent said. However, my chances were 98% and I got accepted a few weeks ago, so I’m not complaining :))
The schools do not update the stats on Parchment. They are self reported by applicants or anyone who wants to.
