<p>Was notified today about not getting the Holy Grail of scholarships, Gates Millennium and now I'm really thinking I won't be able to afford this. </p>
<p>I did earn the Presidential Scholarship of 17K. BUT still have more than 20K gap. I have applied/am applying for at least ten other scholarships ranging in amounts around 5k to 1k. (not sure how high) Nevertheless, staying positive. :)</p>
<p>What is greater than the Presidential Scholarship? My D received the same. What are you planning to study? And are you looking at other schools still?</p>

<p>I’m looking at SCAD, Winthrop U, College of Charleston, & Clemson U. I really loved SCAD & COC was ok. My preferred instate is Winthrop though. Will visit soon hopefully. </p>
