<p>According to the USC web site, once a course is pre-approved (the stage past being on the pre-approval list), the next step is to send a transcript of the completed course. My son's course was pre-approved but when it came back the title was not an exact match (close but not the same) and not the same number of credits. My son is waiting for a response from his advisor. Is pre-approval of a course final?</p>
