When USC evaluates a potential transfer class, do the titles and number of credits have to be an exact match?

^^ooh…good question. i want to know too because I have no idea where i’d be going if i were to transfer to usc.

When transferring classes, the titles and the credits don’t have to match. The only thing that matters is that the class you want to transfer to USC is equivalent to a USC course. I believe USC has a list of course equivalents from other schools on the school website.

^^krissie, do you have that linK? i can’t seem to find it.

Is this what you are looking for?

^^is there a link for out of state colleges? i’ll be attending one in the midwest opposed to a college in california…

You might be able to find what you need here:

[USC ARR : Articulation](http://www.usc.edu/dept/ARR/articulation/)

wow, i must be really new to this, but what exactly am i looking for? and what is the usc office of articulation?? and no sarcastic comments please. :)

This is like the blind leading the blind, because it is all new to me too. I happen to have those links for transferring credits for some summer courses in California.

This second link is for course pre-approval if you aren’t taking courses with an institution that has an agreement on file with USC.

Sorry I couldn’t be of more help :)
