Well it's a BIG EAST school, but I heard it's not that hard at all to get into. Is that true?

No it isn’t difficult to be admitted to St. John’s.
Anything over a 1600 combined V/M/W will gain merit money at a minimum of 10K and upwards

^Can I get in with a 2.04 GPA, 1640 SAT Score?

[Common Data Set](http://www.stjohns.edu/about/ir/tools/common.stj)
common data set

Fall 2008 link, check the link seems they do page #4

12% of admitted students 2.0-2.49 GPA

Do you have a pulse?

The specialized pharmaceutical program is a different story.

Their special programs are extremely difficult to get into. My sister received a full scholarship, no loans, honors program, etc- she had a 3.9 GPA and 2170 SAT. But the cons are that it doesn’t have a college feel to it- too many students are commuters. I don’t think she’s attending.

It’s a school that bends a lot if you can pay in full.

is it possible for me to get into st. johns with a 94 gpa and a 1200 CR +M on the SAT?

does anyone know anyone that has gotten with similar scores

btw wen i meant into st. johns i meant into the pharmacy program

i asked the admission officers and they said 1340 (CR+M) is the average score for the pharm program.

really? I heard it was 1260…but i guess if the admission office said that.

At their open house they said the average was in the 1300’s (M&R). I don’t recall the exact number. They receive a lot of applications for the limited number of seats available.

Is there anything I can do to improve my chances?

Fall 2010?
Did you apply yet? Definitely send in an essay even though it’s not required.

yea i applied i sent my essay 3 days ago

If it helps, I got into St. John’s pharm with a full scholarship for 4 years with a 3.6w gpa and 34 act score. no essay.
Good luck!

Easy school to get into.

Hard school to graduate.

Thanks I just hope i am able to get in lol

melin, can you explain how it’s hard to graduate? is it really difficult to do so with a decent gpa (say, 3.0+) ?
