<p>I don't think it is, but I came across some internet posts that made me wonder if it is or not. I just want to double check.</p>
<p>They don’t roll admissions, but I do know some cases in RD where they notify some people in February that they’ve already been admitted to Stanford, and that they’ll get their formal admission letter in April; idk if that’s a “likely letter” but apart from that, all results come at the beginning of April.</p>
