I am planning on being a math major. I have narrowed down my choice for college starting in the fall to two options. University of Cincinnati or Ohio State. My parents have saved me money to use and if I were to go to UC I would come out of my four years with money left over since I would not have to live on campus. But if I choose OSU which has a better program I would come out still 40000 dollars or so in debt. I love math and really want to get the best education that I can but really am not sure that the better program justifies so much of a higher price tag.
Math is math. I’d find it hard to believe that a math lecture at Ohio State is any different than one at Cincinnati. I’d stick with UC.
Why is OSU’s undergrad program "better’?
If you are ok staying at home, OC works for you, if you want the on campus experience what is the cost delta between the 2?
