<p>I am not familiar with the IELTS, but I can certainly say that you got a very good score on the iBT. What is more, a score that surpasses the minimum requirement of most colleges (I can hardly think of one that wants more than 100). So you probably don't have to take the IELTS (except in your case you really have to). However, just take a sample test and see the results- that's the best way to answer your question.</p>
<p>I'm quite familiar with both testing systems, as I can tell that you may be able to get 8.0 if you get enough practice for the IELTS test. 8.5 is not impossible, though I would say that it would be an unlikely conversion from ur current TOEFL score. But 8.0 is good enough, dun worry!</p>
