Is there a California equivalent of FLVS (Florida Virtual Online School)?

I’ve seen so much about Florida Virtual Online school on College Confidential and on many YouTube videos and I was wondering if there was any equivalent in California in the sense it’s free for CA residents and you’re allowed to take a select few classes and not be fully immersed into the program. Thank you!

Try checking out scout. I’m a bit busy right now at the moment to explain it fully but that’s the best approximation to a Californian flvs I can think of. Free to a certain extent but there is a premium for more options.
