The topic says it, just wondering if there's a physical therapy program at stony brook.
Thanks.

No, I don’t think so. We don’t even have Physical Therapy advising that I know of, but we do have a PT club for people interested in it.

There is a DPT program. For undergraduate, most individuals usually major in Health Science or something related.

Correct. It operates at the graduate level, not the undergrad.

Chris

Oh ok, can you explain health science major a little more? What is it about? It sounds like a broad knowledge of studies.
and what other major can I do other than that?

You can major in anything if you have DPT aspirations. Just make sure you take the courses required for admission into a DPT program.

However, a background in biological sciences or health science will aid you academically. The Health Science major is quite popular at Stony Brook.
