Do you believe that ET life exists in the universe? Will humans come in contact with them soon? Or ever? Will we be able to communicate with them, or will they have evolved so differently that this will never be possible?
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars is a superb album

[Pretend that this is someone else. Let’s call him James.]
I think it would be ludicrous to suggest that life does not exist on any planet other than the earth. The immense size of the universe makes it highly improbable that life only evolved on our planet.

Possibly…and maybe someday we will be able to communicate…

[Back to me]
However, most planets do not have conditions that could ever hold life. Do we know enough about how life started to be able to say that other planets could do this?

Anyways, thanks for posting in my thread James. I can let it die now that someone has posted in it. :)

Edit: ^Lawl, you posted here. Talking to myself was unnecessary.

I foundthis is an interesting read. Europa seems to be the only place with potential for us to see ET life. And life as large as fish, wow!
This is one of the reasons I like Arthur C. Clarke
I’m half asleep, this post may not make complete sense

Well, I don’t believe in evolution, but I do believe that it is possible that life exists on other planets… But not likely in our solar system, and we aren’t likely to ever make contact with life farther out.

There’s definitely life on some other planets in our universe, though maybe not “life” as we commonly see it.
