<p>Why do "other nations" continue to create/practice their War Tactics even if the world is already securing itself...(i.e. America and European Countries tie the knot in stopping terrorism and the like) but other nations still practice creating Nukes, Viruses and any possible way of manipulating of "getting oneself above the other"</p>
<p>I know that a Nation Security is one of its priority such as (Edu, Econ and Laws) but would you "Wave your sword in a Mall?"</p>

<p>Other countries are trying to get closer to the top of the picking order just like the US is trying to protect its position at the top. After all, the US is the only Western country that refuses to sign half of the international treaties regarding military limitations, environmental protection, etc.</p>
<p>There are also some nations and cultures that are not comfortable with the idea of a single super power that gets to determine what’s right and wrong. One way of looking at terrorism is an attempt of individuals to protest against the international actions of the US…</p>
<p>I damn sure wouldn’t trust the US to run the world if I was leading some country out there developing nukes.</p>
<p>So yeah, I’d build bigger and better nukes.</p>
