Hi, I was wondering if there is aweb link where you can find out if Johns Hopkins is missing any information from me? I am applying ED. and i just want to double check that Johns Hopkins got my transcript. My school is known for missing mail.

And if JHS hasn't contacted me about any missing papers, i shouldn't be worried then right?

I did recieve a blue card when I turned in my pre-app and App. fees. However, I didn't recieve another one after I mailed the rest of the App. in.... but thanks for the phone number! i'll call tomorrow! night

Just to let you all know...you would have been contacted if items were missing for your Early Decision file. Our Operations team has contacted all incomplete applicants...if you did not get an email or phone call, then your application is complete.

How do I check to make sure that a school has received extra material that was sent (transcripts from college courses I took in jr high, and a recommendation for JHU CTY/SET program?

Here is the University's official answer when an RD applicant asks about their application status....

"Thank you for contacting Johns Hopkins University! As you can imagine, it’s a busy time in the Admissions Office as we process application materials. Because of the volume of records being handled, we regret that it is not yet possible to confirm whether application files are complete or to identity which individual items have been received. Johns Hopkins does not have an online system for checking application status, nor do we confirm application materials through email.

You will be mailed an acknowledgment postcard after your application is received. This indicates your application file has been opened (not necessarily that it is complete). In late February, once we have processed all received application materials, we will contact students whose applications remain incomplete. Those students will be given an opportunity to provide us with any missing items before we complete the evaluation of their applications. Rest assured that application files are checked carefully for completeness. You may call (410) 516-8171 after February 15 to check on your application, but we do ask that you call only if you have been previously contacted by us about missing materials."
