<p>I cannot seem to find the essay part of the application. Can someone tell me if there is spot where you write an essay type of contribution in the application to IU.</p>

<p>there is an optional personal statement which isnt in the online app. if you want to sumbit the personal statement you have to mail it to the admissions office.</p>
