-In addition to running my highschool's science olympiad team, I coached the local middle school's science olympiad team as well

-Interned(ing) at local university with the director of biostatistics on alzheimer's research. (>200 hrs).
-Won 9th place in Science Olympiad National Tournament for my event

3.7 is not bad. Just do well on your essays. Your SAT is fine.</p>
