Is there anything bad/condescending with using middle initials?

I never use my middle initial. My middle name starts with an E, but my last name starts with an O’C. So whenever I initial anything it’s KOC. No one in my family uses our middle initials- it’s always DOC or OOC or whatever.

I’ve been writing in cursive since 6th grade, when one of my teachers made the writing style compulsory. I hated it at first, but I love it now and I never write in print unless I have to. Cursive is a lot less time consuming for me, since the letters follow a fluid connection. The only time I write in print is when I have an exorbitant amount of time to write an essay on a test, since I try to make it easy on my professors because I realize my microscopic handwriting can be difficult for some people to read.

I agree, although personal preferences certainly take precedence.
