is there no way to add friends on this forum?

<p>do i have to save links to peoples profiles. because that's the point i'm reaching and it's a really stalkery point i didn't want to reach. but i'm about fed up with not being able to add friends that i will - i repeat, WILL - be saving the links to some peoples profile pages starting sometime soon unless someone can show me another way.</p>
