<p>BA in musical theatre? ive looked at a few places but all i can find is a BFA. My parents dont want me to go for a BFA because i wouldnt be able to double major or at the very least minor in anything else.</p>
<p>Yes, there are BA MT schools. Go to the FAQ thread, click on the link, and then on The Big List in the left column. It lists all the schools that offer MT majors, whether it is BA, BFA or BM degree, audition required, etc.</p>
<p>Some schools offer a BA in Musical Theatre, others offer a BA in Theatre but have significant musical theatre course options. Check out the Big List like Musicmom suggested. It is a wonderful resource.</p>
<p>I believe somewhere on this site there is also a thread from a month or so ago entitled BA schools in musical theatre, or something close to that.</p>
