Is there such thing as Early Decision for transfers?

In USC, UCs, Ivies...

At some schools, yes. Have you actually looked at the transfer admissions information for each college you're interested in?

For what it's worth, Princeton has put an indefinite hold on transfer admissions, so don't bother there.

UChicago does, I think.

At some schools, it depends on the major. At some, majors that are highly competitive have early decision, some just have application deadlines, much earlier than the rest of the university. I'm speaking from personal experience here. Univ. of Ill - Chicago has a ED program for nursing students. Apply by 10/15, know if you're in or deffered to RD by 12/1ish. The nursing program at Emory has a deadline by 1/15 I believe, and decisions are usually out in March. Just research the school, if they have a transfer section on the website, look for FAQ, it's more than likely in there someplace.
