<p>Is this a good College Appication essay topic?
i want to write about how i never really voiced my opinion. i gained my friends just by agreeing with whatever they said. my opinions about topics would change from person to person. but a teacher in middle-school who was focused on kids voicing there opinions, changed my life. he called on each student and wanted to know there take on the topic. after this i started to implement it with my friends, little by little and most of them remained my friends and we even became better friends, despite a few arguments. my best friend actually has very different opinions than i do. then ill explain how i now understand the importance of voicing my opinion.</p>

<p>this is just a really rough outline. But can i get any tips or ideas on whether this is a good topic, or things i should add or remove.</p>

<p>That’s a good idea, just make sure you show rather than tell and write eloquently. You can make a great essay out of any topic, including the one you’ve described.</p>

<p>Show than tell is more of being at the scene-- Show us why you care, rather than just telling us your care. Personally I use more imagery in showing.</p>
