Is this a good list?

So I go to a small school with 180 kids technically in a small metropolitan area, but not practically, and do not really know much about applying to higher-up colleges, so I do not really know what level I am at, I guess. Here are some stats:

ACT: 35 (E:35, R:35, M: 34, S: 34)
GPA: 4.0 (Unweighted–my school does not have weighted)
APs: 2 (but I am taking the most rigorous course load I can)
Class Rank: 1 (out of 52-ish)
ECs: Student Council, Cross Country (1st, 1st, and 2nd), Track (have placed at state), Speech (extemporaneous and impromptu), Quiz Bowl, Drama, FBLA, National Honor Society, StuCo, class officer a lot of 4-H (I raise goats, lead a section of an overnight lock-in, and teach/help with some other camps), and volunteer teach guitar. I also am conversationally fluent in five languages: English, French, Spanish, German, and Latin.

Also it might hurt my chances, but I’m not disadvantaged, really–just an average middle class white kid, even if he lives in the country.
Also at this level I think I could get on a track/cross country team in DIII–so UC (but I mean my times would be just about average–maybe a little bit above–for a UC athlete, judging by current results).

So anyway:
Reach-
-UChicago
-Rice
-Maybe an Ivy?
Target:
-Notre Dame (or does that go above?)
-?
Safety:
-University of Nebraska-Lincoln (full ride)
-Mines?
-Creighton

So my question is am I being too ambitious, can I go higher, or is this just right? Thanks!

Notre Dame is a reach for all students.

What is your intended major? What is your budget?

Have you already been accepted to U NE? If you would be happy at your safeties, shoot for the star. If you’d like some more match school ideas, answer the above two questions along with your preferences in terms of location, size, etc…

@momofsenior1 Ok, I was going off of that Collegevine calculator, which I have heard is kind of bogus. Anyway, finance/economics is the major and still trying to figure out the budget. I am preadmitted to UNL, and as for location, I would say somewhere in the midwest, south-midwest, or rockies.
