<p>I just found a change from my Housing Application on ucsd website.</p>
<p>it used to said "you cannot use this application due to the following............."
but now it has a new message that
Housing will be accepting applications for newly admitted transfer students beginning May 2, 2009. Please come back to this site at this time.</p>

<p>I got admission from UCI with poli sc major 3.89 gpa by the way..</p>
<p>it didn’t say that before because there weren’t any transfer students admitted yet. Now that some people have been admitted, it says that on everyone’s screen.</p>
<p>you’ll probably get into cal or ucla or usc (if you applied) so it doesn’t really matter.</p>

<p>Hmmmm, my housing application is still the same. 3.94 GPA. I am freaking OUT!</p>
<p>don’t worry dreaming and reedc. I got in with a 3.946 and absolutely nothing else. no ec’s etc. so you should most likely be accepted.</p>
<p>You guys didn’t apply anywhere else? UCSD is a pretty low tier one to worry about. I got in. 3.8 No Pre-Reqs but I did have honors.</p>

<p>Just yestarday it said something completely different! This must mean I got in, yes yes yes! (I’ve read on the UCSD section of CC that some transfers got the May 2nd message back in March 14th when they got accepted along with the freshmen. Thus I am quite certain this means I and the OP got accepted.)</p>

<p>Until someone posts that they didn’t get this message (I’m sure that not EVERYONE here is accepted) don’t get your hopes up and start rumors. Those usually lead to nowhere.</p>

<p>Well if you think about it logically, why would they change the message for certain applicants now? They changed it for transfers back in March 14th, and they left it as “you don’t have permission to blah blah” for the rest of us, until just this week, the week where another batch is supposed to come out. </p>
