Their definition of fiasco sucks. So do those for inherent, rebuttal, fetter, accost . . .

No. The answer is no.

The sparknotes list is MUCH better.

nameless and you got what on the SAT's?

A good score....2300 in one sitting. (sorry, im not trying to brag, im trying to help). Just buy the blue book and do the practice tests and look at the answers, its the best way of prepping, I didn't even take any class. If you feel you need more work, buy another prep book and do some more practice tests; this way you learn the material, recognize patterns in the answers and where you mess up, and get used to finishing the sections in time.

Lol, I actually printed out that whole sparknotes list and wasted all that paper and never even looked at it agsin after reading the first page of "A" words when i printed it out.

If you really want to waste time memorizing, just learn word roots or something (i didn't do this either but i know people who found it helpful).

mrs. ferguson, i think this is because the SAT often uses 2nd and 3rd definitions, which is what the soundkeepers site prepares you for. at least thats what princeton review book says.

Same here, 2390 good score. Just use blue book+online course.

If you guys really want to up your vocab you should just use a program called VOCABOLY. Just google it. It really cool, I tried it for a bit, but there are so many words, so if you are up to it go try it out.
