I'm basically wondering if this would count as an EC. Last year, our school selected 4 juniors to participate in the chemistry Olympiad at our state. To prep for it, we went in and went over the topics during our study halls. And then, after about a month, went to the actual event. This didn't count for class credit, but our teacher did say something about extra credit. Now I don't know if she ever did, but will this still count as one of mine? If not, I would just send it in on a resume anyway.

Bumppppppppp

if anybody has any input, that’s be cool, seeing as I need this in by tommorrow

Chemistry Olympiad is an EC

simple answer, I like it. thanks man

haha. no problem. Just a general rule, usually anything you do optionally that is a bit of a time commitment can be considered extracurricular. I just do the general Science Olympiad at my school and its heavily considered an EC.
