I have like 2 scores on my report.. both SAT I
If I keep this one (June) now and if I don't do so well,
I'll have to take the October one. Then I'll have 4 scores on the report..
Is this bad? like bad enough to cut my chance at colleges by even a little?

Colleges won't want to see that you took the SAT 4 times....

I had 5 scores on my score report, because last year I took the old test as practice and didn't realize it would show up. I doubt it hurt me as I am where I want to be.

It shouldn't really matter, as long as there is a noticeable improvement each time. But isn't that a lot of money?

It does not matter how many times you take the SAT. Granted, getting a 2400 in one try is more impressive than getting a 2400 on the 6th try, but in the end all colleges will care about is the 2400 (substitute whatever score you are going for.)

thank you everyone

Remember, you can take the ACT as many times as you like and only show colleges the score(s) you elect to send them. This really takes a lot of pressure off.
