Hi I'm a newly transferred student so I'm not familiar with the teachers there, and I was wondering whether Apush and AP language plus volunteering, a job, a sport,( and at some point I wanna learn piano) would be to much to take on? Would AP lang and AP psych be better or just one AP?

what year are you? what was your GPA last year? is your new school supposed to be tougher? in addition to the AP course(s), whatever courses will you have? how hard do you want to work next year?

Depends on your personal interests and abilities. What did you manage last year? If you are looking for a reference point, I am taking 4 APs with a sport and volunteering. I am a senior. But everyone is different.

I am a junior and I was in IB. My other courses are gonna be honors anatomy and physiology, honors pre calc, either Spanish 3 or humanities, hope, and two of the APs, and my GPA unweighted is 3.84 and weighted is 4.6 I think. I think I’m more interested in psych but I have to take honors us history anyway so I thought why not do it in AP. I just don’t want to get overwhelmed and feel like my life is always homework, and if anyone has any tips for me on time management that would be awesome too.

other people on this website have much bigger workloads, academically and extracurricularly (if that’s a word?)… so you’ll be ok
