In the morning when i checked all test centres were full, but when i checked in the evening there was a seat available only in one of those centres?how did that happen?Someone canceled there test ?
Yes. You don’t get a full refund, but many people change their mind about taking a test. A kid I know got into Princeton early decision. No more re-takes of standardized tests necessary! People also change their mind about whether they are ready to take a particular test, and put it off - especially if they are Juniors and not applying to college yet.
Thanks for the reply but my question is that my friends checked the test centres in my area all were full, but when i checked it showed available in one of those test centers.how did that happen?
why does it matter?
Simply want to know, beacuse the probability of me registering at the time when someone canceled is too low.that makes me more suspicious…
Suspicious of what? Don’t be paranoid, @bobtheengineer
