Hi guys! To start off, I’m a rising senior and I am currently applying to UOP. UOP has sent me numerous emails in the past to visit and apply to their school. I recently started on the UOP application and noticed that I had an “exclusive application” with some advantages. Some of which were: Priority scholarship consideration, No required essay, and Priority admission decision. I also got emails from the “director of UOP admissions” telling me to send in my application ASAP to get priority admissions. Is this true and should I still do the 250-500 word essay in the application. The “director” told me that its not required, but is it recommended? Did anyone else get these advantages or notices from UOP? Thanks!
My son did the several years ago. He was accepted early but, chose not to attend. It was nice to have an early ‘win’ even it it wasn’t his first choice.
