Hey Everyone,

My next semester is currently scheduled to be 20 credit hours. I will also be working 18 hours a week. Do you think this next semester will be doable?
Your school will allow you to take fluid mechanics before you’ve completed differential equations?
It sounds like a lot, especially with the job. What were you classes / grades this semester?
I’d say it looks like a lot and you should drop fluids until you have finished differential equations.
That’s a huge load. Dropping fluids is probably wise.
Just for discussion/information my own undergrad had diffeq as a class you could take simultaneously with fluids and vibrations. Math dept paced the class with the ME dept
I don’t honesty recall what my undergraduate curriculum required but it just seems crazy to take fluid mechanics without prior knowledge of differential equations. It’s integral to the subject.
