Welcome to the Tribe!

-- The Admission Committee

would i be correct in interpreting this as an acceptance?

i just had to make 100% sure, the wording came off very mysteriously at first, but now i feel stupid because they obviously wouldn’t say “welcome to the tribe” if you WERENT admitted… whatever, its been a long and dreadful (up until now!) day, my sleep-deprived brain is not operating at its best. and 8 hours after i got waitlisted at vandy, what a reversal in fortune!

W&M Admissions:
Have all merit recipients been notified at this point?
Thanks for all the information throughout this process. It’s refreshing to have such access to reliable, timely data.

imaSTR8upBAUSS, no worries. We realize students sometimes don’t read the email from beginning to end as they’re just looking at those first few key words. Congrats!

BurghMom, most scholarships (99% of them) were mailed in mid March. The few remaining scholarships awarded were sent as those decisions were made so all scholarship recipients should have been notified before today
