I like to learn about the market although my portfolio is relatively small. I’m not making much money from it, so is it considered a hobby? Thanks. I’ve dedicated a large portion of my time to reading about day trading.
I would consider it a hobby, particularly if you have actually invested (i.e. “traded”) and not just read about it.
Find a club so you learn from others and it’s a mor formal EC. And always remember day trading is not investing. Learn about both. Definitely a hobby but don’t expect big boost on apps from it.
Thanks guys. As of now I have around $2k, but I forgot the password to my account and it was a long term investment, not day trading (which is what I’m looking to get into). I don’t think that there’s a club yet, so I might start one
