So I recieved an email giving me an ISIS ID number to log in and check my financial aid. The thing is I applyed RD and havent recieved an acceptance yet. Is this a good sign or is everyone recieving it?

Sounds like a good sign to me...why have someone checking finaid if they are not getting in to begin with?? Good luck. Daughter waiting for a decision also....

No, you get an ISIS login just for the records. I'm currently a hopkins student and recall getting one very early in the process.

Yea same here. It doesn't have anything to do with your admissions. It's the financial aid office, not the admissions office.

yo, what if i never got one?

well when i was waiting for me ED acceptance notification, i received the "ISIS ID number" email before my acceptance email. in the end i got in.

The ISIS system has NOTHING to do with one's admission -- it is a system for checking your financial aid documentation, and if you are admitted it will be the system where you check financial aid awards. The admission and financial aid database systems are separate systems.

Since the regular decision admission process is not complete, receiving an email about your ISIS ID is just to inform you that you can access your account and make sure all financial aid documentation has been received.

Admissions decisions will be released at the end of next week - prior to April 1.

If you applied for financial aid, and do not have your ISIS ID, then you should contact the financial aid office at 410-516-8028.
