If your having issues logging in or out of the site, please delete all cookies related to CC in your browser.
For IE users, click tools, in the drop down menu: click internet options, in the new window: click the general tab, under the temporary internet files section: click the delete cookies button.
Note for IE users, if you do not wish to delete all of your cookies as above, please use do this:
<li>Search your hard drive for a folder labeled “Cookies.”</li>
<li>Open the folder.</li>
<li>Note the list of text files with names of the form “<a href=“mailto:user@sitename”>user@sitename</a>.” These are cookies.</li>
<li>Select the cookies you want to delete (you may want to keep the ones from sites you visit often).</li>
<li>Press the Delete key to delete the selected cookies.</li>

For Mozilla/FireFox users, click tools, options, privacy, then click the + symbol next to the word cookies, the new options to “view cookies” will appear, remove any cookies related to the domain, you should remove the cookies labled below:

For Netscape users:
<li>Search your hard drive for a file labeled “cookies.txt.” This file contains all the cookies that Netscape has downloaded.</li>
<li>Select the cookies file.</li>
<li>Press the Delete key to delete the Netscape cookies.</li>

For AOL users:
<li>Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.</li>
<li>Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.</li>
<li>Click Settings.</li>
<li>Click View Files.</li>
<li>Click Edit then Select All.</li>
<li>Click File then Delete.</li>
<li>Close and relaunch your browser.</li>
