<p>jpvn, if you like programming AND biology (which is awesome), then there is the field of bioinformatics - the application of computer science/ information technology to the increasingly huge data sets one encounters in biology :).</p>
<p>you sound like your interest in things comes from a really nice place.</p>

<p>@jpvn: Those are great schools! I wouldn’t mind going to either. Your state might have a Governor’s school which is free (mine does). I like Duke as well, it’s very expensive but a really cool environment. </p>
