i know this is a little early for this but i am already weighing my options!! thanks!

what's the point of asking for chance posts as a sophomore, it is just absurd. you could start some big organization next year or the year after, or you could fail junior year. My guess of your chances: 10% with a lower bound of 0% and an upper bound of 100%.

in terms of advice do well in your standardized tests, get more than a 30, aim for a 31-33 or if you do SAT aim for a 2100+. Keep doing what you love doing, and think of ways to push them forward (student council, dance tutoring), and then execute, create something.

You absolutely do not need to be weighing any options. all colleges look for strong academics and strong extra-curricular involvement, once those are more cemented then you have real options to weigh. until the end of your junior year, dream less and do more.

Pshhh. I was barely even thinking about college as a sophomore. Honestly, you can't tell much about yourself as a student or applicant until junior year. Or so I've learned.

I think you are going in the right direction. Your GPA might fall a bit by next year, and you need to really aim for a 31+ on the ACT. You also have to take SAT IIs.

Just relax...I think it's ridiculous to be worrying so much about college and weighing your options as a sophomore. However, it's good for you to think about where you might want to go and what you might want to study. Good luck!
