<p>You’re not alone. But be sure to get out some. Try to study with someone else. Have a goal set and a reward at the end. For example, some people in my hall had to finish their reading, and when they finished, they went out shopping. And they finished by noon. Goals are a great way to get something done.</p>
<p>I just went out last night with a few friends and “hung out.” But I’ve been doing my homework and studying for next week’s exams all day today and tomorrow. I usually dedicate my Saturdays and Sundays to school work…unless I have absolutely nothing to do, then I go out with my friends to a party or go see a movie with them.</p>
<p>awwww you guys <em>need</em> to smuggle pets into your dorms at the very least.</p>
<p>I’m at home alone on a saturday night too. But my families here. But I don’t have the most functional family. But I suppose that’s not uncommon.</p>
<p>I also have a rabbit who hops.</p>
<p>We have to vanquish sadness together, or something.</p>

<p>I’m writing a Hum paper in my dorm room right now, and feeling awesome about myself. My professor let me come up with my own prompt and now I’m super excited about it and can’t wait to get it done and bask in people’s admiration for my skillz and triumph at my paper conference and do a victory lap of campus and get published in the New Yorker.</p>
<p>But anyway. I don’t think studying on a Saturday night, or being alone in your dorm room, are things to be sad about.</p>
