<p>It seems like the IBW would want you to do an internship that summer, perhaps with a company that there is a good chance you would be offered a permanent position with after graduation. That might interfere with studying abroad that summer. Maybe somebody else knows.</p>
<p>I looked at the resumes a few years back, and it seemed obvious that they go for a certain physical appearance: Tall, athletic, handsome white males. If you’re a short, bookish type male, they don’t seem to want you in the high-paying world of investment banking. Guess short, unathletic guys don’t deserve lots of money.</p>
