First, would you be applying for the Caltech/UCSD medical scholars program? If not, I dont really see why would want to go to Caltech for pre-med unless you wanted to a research focused MD or an MD/PHD as the Core is a GPA ruiner and Caltech is an academically intense place. See: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/california-institute-technology/577759-why-caltech-different-open-letter.html

In terms of chances, the grades and the scores are great but I don’t see a passion math/science beyond being a doctor not that being a doctor isnt awesome but Caltech is really looking for a passion in math/science/engineering.

If you want to do pre-med, I do not recommend MIT/Caltech. Your GPA will get smashed.

And Caltech is very big on “strong interest in math and science”. Your resume is impressive, but you do not seem to show that kind of passion. So I would say it is a reach.
