I've made far too many mistakes, right?

I think I made far too many mistakes on my application. This application is now at Brown, my top choice. I should have focused!

-Mistake 1: Got two activities' hours screwed up. One of them was a summer internship. I worked for 7 hours a day, for 5 days a week- 3 weeks. On the application, I said that I worked for 7 hours A WEEK!

Also, the other one was about how I personally raised a few thousand dollars for flood victims here in my country. I worked for 3 hours per day for 4 days (1 week on the app is miniumum). I put down 3 hours per week for 1 week.

-Mistake 2: I forgot to sign my name on a recommendation letter. They said it was fine, when I called them, but I think they're secretly frustrated.

Opinions??? Also, can't seem to change the activity hours and I am supposed to submit this app. to 5 other colleges!!!

First, I believe there is a way to modify your Common App to make minor changes before you submit it to other colleges.

As for Brown, you can mail a brief letter as an application update to their admissions office indicating the changes you wish to be made to your application.

I am in a similar situation for my top school.

I’m afraid they’ll think I’m a liar. I worked so hard on these activities for them to be disregarded or worse!

As long as you’re not lying, you have nothing to worry about.

Somehow, they have ways of confirming whether what you say is true.

Just send them an update.

Already sent them an email. Will definitely call them tomorrow. Good luck with your problem.
