Ivy and other top school chances
I am a junior. I moved to a new school after sophomore year and my guidance counselor said that colleges get 2 GPA's sent to them. One from my old school and one from my new one.

At old school :
I took all honors classes in HS since freshman year. I took AP Physics as a sophomore, scored a 2 on the AP exam and a 630 on the SAT 2. I did not take the SAT yet. I had a 2.9 gpa unweighted.

At new school:
I take AP Chemistry, AP Psychology, AP US History. I have a 84% average (Unweighted) for the first 2 quarters of junior year. I believe I can get it up to at least a 90% or higher by the end.

I plan on taking AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP US Government, and AP Biology next year as a senior.

My new school weighs the GPA, i think its 10% added to it. So if i score a 80% in an ap class, it gets weighted to 88%. I am hoping it goes up in the mid 90s.

I wanted to know what are my chances at Ivys. I really need to get into a top college. Please don't say impossible or something pessimistic because i know people who have had 70s freshman and sophomore years in high school, junior and senior they start doing well and get into nice colleges. Please help me out. What can i do to get accepted. I live in NY. I am not in any extra curriculum activities but if you know any in NY, Please let me know. What are some good colleges i should be considering. I cannot afford to pay 40,000 a year; looking forward to that financial aid. Thanks
