<p>Princeton doesn’t look at the freshman grades. His ACT scores could use a slight improvement, esp if you decide Harvard EA. Course rigor and grades look great.</p>
<p>I like the history/maps angle. Try to emphasize this in the application a bit more. As others said Harvard EA is a crapshoot, but it looks like it would be worth a try.</p>
