<p>I just had a quick question. Throughout high school I've maintained an average between 99%-100%, but as a result, my ECs are terrible. I do volunteer at the hospital, but besides that, I haven't done much since 9th grade. Do I have any chance, or are they looking for more well-rounded people?</p>

Unfortunately the SATs aren’t that stressed in Canada. I probably should’ve prepared more. I’m taking the Subject tests in January.</p>

<p>I did receive really great recommendations though. Both teachers said I was the best student they’ve had in their careers.</p>

<p>Each school values it differently… Dartmouth cares most about grades and Upenn cares most about ECs. Just stress anything you have participated as much as you can without making a fool of yourself. Good luck!</p>

anyways, your grades are definitely incredible. i used to think that grades are the only thing…until now. dude, your sat scores are far far too low for ivies. when ivies see ur sat score, all they would think is that your high school is not legitimate especially cuz they suspect canadian schools to begin with. no ecs?? uh…the only way to make up for it is to have 99% and 2390 on sat…</p>

that makes your grades mean even less if your asian…</p>
