Do I have a chance at Ivys?

I'm a Canadian in Senior year high school and I am considering applying to American unis next year during my gap year. (I already got accepted to top schools in Canada)
My average in grades 9-11 was an 85 (yes I know very low) and this year in the low nineties, thing is though up until this year I had faced strong mental health issues which debilatated me (I can get confirmation from multiples doctors on this) I believe universities who aware of this will judge my marks up until gr 12 accordingly,

Now, I have AMAZING exteacurriculars, if I tell you what they are it may destroy my anonymity as they are not standard extracurriculars like captain of debate team or whatever, they're highly personal. BUT one of the great extracurriculars is scheduled to happen in the summer after I graduate, so that may be looked upon differently.

I haven't taken SATs yet,
But is it possible to get into IVYs if I get something like a 2500 on SATs? Or what if I get something like 2300?

Keep in mind I have breathtaking extracurriculars (but like I said I can't specify bc they're too personal)

–

Ok so, here’s what I know:

You have a low grade average

You have “amazing” ECs

You haven’t taken the SAT yet

I don’t know

^kawaii said. amazing is quite relative

2500 on the SATs? Really? You do realize it goes up to 2400, right?
