Ivy league applicant chances- track and field hook

This is a post from a close friend of mvp1993. I am halfway through my JR year and starting to visit colleges. My main question is if my 400m times might get me recruited? Should I fill out a recruiting questionnaire? (I'm aware not everyone on this website is a star athlete, [no offense]), but does anyone have any idea?

400m (main event): 53.1
5K: 18:25
4K: 15:12
Mile: 5:33
Ik nothing is really super strong, but I still have the rest of my junior and senior yr to improve...now here are my academics:
SAT: didnt get my scores yet
PSAT: 211
SAT II: none taken yet, but taking math IC, Bio M, Spanish
GPA: 96.83 UW, 98.66 W
APs: World History (5), Bio, Lang, USH
Accolades thus far: 2x National Spanish Exam Gold Medal, All-County Jazz band, all-division track

these guidelines might give you some direction … [Men’s Track Recruiting Guidelines](http://www.ncsasports.org/recruiting-tools/College-Track-Recruiting/mens-track-recruiting-guidelines) … you’ll need to improve quite a bit to be recruited even at the D3 level.

Thanks I was looking for some kind of guideline like this but couldn’t find one. What is the difference between tier 1 and tier 2?

sort of the high end and low and of the division
