You are a competitive applicant. It will come down to fit, recs, essays, luck, and personality (MIT admits highly on personality as many top schools do).
You probably won’t get an accurate “chance” as in 10% or 15%. Really hard to know with top schools admissions. Do research and go for it.
If it helps you can look at mit admission statistics, which says that people with acts in the range of 31-33 get admitted about 7% of the time. You can probably expect that someone with a 33 gets admitted about 9-10 or so percent on average. Unfortunately, MIT doesn’t release rates by each score, though they do release info on section scores, which can be useful.

Also, I hate plugging this card but it does factor in to a drop in my GPA sophomore year, Father battled cancer all through sophomore year and was hard to focus in school.
Plus, I am receiving recommendations from the ROTC directors at almost all the Ivys, MIT and Caltech because they know my family and I personally
