Who here honestly think you will go to an IVY League College?

Me. if i get in. The only Ivies I'm applying to are Harvard, UPenn, and Brown.

me :-)))))

Honestly, deep down, I don't think I have a chance in hell. But I plan on trying with everything I have.

I don't know about my chances since it's too early to tell, but I would go to any Ivy I would be accepted at.

I like to think I have the ability to get in, but I have no desire to apply to one.
They don't specialize in what I want to major in, and they're all in places that get far too cold in the winter.

I will. =)

I don't really know. I'm hoping that I get into at least one of the top schools that I'm applying to, but admissions is such a crapshoot/I didn't cure cancer so... who knows?

I'm only applying to Brown and Dartmouth, and I'm not really expecting to get into either.

I'm going to remain skeptical, while at the same time applying myself to the most heated degree in hopes that I just might inch my way in.

Ivy's are pretty much a reach for everyone. I'm applying to Yale, Brown, Columbia and maybe Harvard. I'm not applying necessarily because they're Ivy League though. Yale is my ideal school for many reasons, I love Brown's curriculum, Columbia is in New York City. I'm only considering applying to Harvard, admittedly, because I'm interested in seeing if I could get in.

I'll only apply to Upenn, Dartmouth, and Yale. I'll have a semi-descent chance to get into Upenn and Dartmouth, but Yale I'm just going to apply on a whim and see what happens.

Harvard is my dream school, and not just because of it's name. I love the culture and the community that is involved with it, the challenge of the classes appeals to me, and it's the perfect distance from home. Princeton seems ideal for me, as it doesn't look at freshman grades and my freshman year was crap. I'd probably also apply to Yale, just to round off the top three, though I'm not exactly fond of the area. Columbia too, maybe, but it's a little too close to home. UPenn is good for medicine, so I might apply there. I'm still deciding on Brown and Dartmouth.

applying to dartmouth

i realize my chances of getting are slim to none

i know for a fact that i'll get into Harvard ( my father basically owns it).

I know I'm going to an Ivy - I'll bet you anything :)

Seriously

You think you could get me in, then? I'll give you a cookie. Or maybe even two. ;)

WHOA! TWO COOKIES

btw, i wasn't joking about my father owning harvard.

What, owning as in, possessing, or owning as in, YALE JUST OWNED HARVARD AT THE GAME!!!! OH!!!!!!

But I'd loooove Dartmouth, long shot it is. Yale'd be good, too.

Not going to a traditional Ivy cause my uncle used to work at Harvard and he says that Ivy schools are losing their excellence because alot of the classes are taught by TAs while the professors are doing research.

Columbia, I hope :)
