<p>How are the Ivies when it comes to financial aid?

<p>Basically excellent, but not uniquely excellent. There are other schools with excellent FA, they can be nearly as selective as the ivies.</p>
<p>The Ivy League schools give ONLY need based financial aid…no merit aid. BUT the trick is to get accepted first. These schools accept approximately 10% of students who apply. Their generous financial aid policies do you no good unless you get accepted.</p>
