Honestly the best Ivy parties are as fun as any other parties out there.

I have been to most of the schools I listed. And I know people at all of these schools. It's my opinion, which is what the original poster ultimately was seeking. And lists are fun :-P

a quick post history search shows that you're in high school. so you've visited all 8 of these ivies? and youve visited at representative weekends? not midterm week or whatever? and not just visited, but overnight stays? and your friends go partying at different schools and can make accurate judgments?

here are the AIM conversations I envision:

westernmass: yo dude how are the parties
c00ld00d124: man im so dsrunk dright now

westernmass: yo dude how are the parties
2kool4skoolGRRL: oh man im dsoru drnk right now god i lvoe alcoohol

lists are stupid enough but when you're talking about LISTS of the best PARTY SCENES that's like combining oil (shut-in nerd) and water (functional human being)

shizz, wow calm down...you're taking everything so seriously. I just want an estimate of which schools have the best/worst party scenes of the ivies. God.

Shizz, I HAVE been to all of them and attended a couple of them: Not to mention lots of friends at all of them (went to a feeder HS). Also, Ivy parties are just as good as parties anywhere - I've partied at the gamut - Ohio State, UNC, UCLA, Miami Ohio, etc - Ivy parties ARE just as good or better. Go to Dartmouth during Green Key and you'll understand. The difference is that the best Ivies party 2-3 nights per week, while the state schools have people partying almost every night.

WOW

Okay, I have friends at all of the ivies, multiple friends at several of them, plus Duke and Stanford.
Also, I live very close to one (which I have stayed overnight at with friends) and have been overnight at three others (only 1 for a visit, two to hang out with friends), plus Duke.
Like I said, it's my opinion. I don't think I've upset the original poster, so maybe you should just stay out of this thread. Opinions are what that the original poster requested

Dartmouth rages it up.
